This modern, spacious and beautifully appointed, 5 bedroom and 3 bathroom homestead, is the idyllic backdrop to any getaway with friends or family who are seeking space, comfort and a bit of luxury.

The architecturally designed home features a striking, open plan kitchen and indoor dining area complete with Smeg appliances and granite benchtops.

The dual living areas are separated by a double-sided fireplace that warms the entire house during the cooler months and the ducted reverse cycle air conditioning ensures you have a cool haven when the weather is hotter.

The spacious wraparound verandah boasts a large outdoor dining area with Webber gas BBQ and magnificent views out to the “Beaudesert” hills – the perfect place to enjoy your coffee or wine.

As with Beaudesert Cottage, guests are welcome to do as much or as little as they like when they stay with us - tour Mudgee and Gulgong, or perhaps stay on the property and picnic in the paddock with the sheep, cattle and kangaroos. For the more energetic, explore the nearby hills to take in even better views of our property and the Mudgee region.

Kanimbla Homestead is well suited to children with a separate living area containing a large television, board games and books. The expansive verandah doubles as a great bike track for the little - push bikes and scooters are welcome.

The pantry is stocked with tea, coffee and the usual essentials.

All linen and towels are included, and a supply of firewood is provided in the cooler months.
